Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. If you can post on Instagram, you can run a OneSite store. You fill in simple forms, and we build and update the website for you.
Do I need to buy a domain or hosting?
No. Every store gets its own address, like yourstore.onesite.adwebsolutions.in, and hosting is included.
How do customers pay?
For now, OneSite doesn't handle payments. Customers place the order with their details, and you confirm it and collect payment the way you already do, such as UPI or cash on delivery.
What happens when I change a price or add a product?
Just save it in your admin panel. Your store rebuilds itself automatically, usually within a minute or two.
Can I still sell on WhatsApp and Instagram?
Yes, and you should. OneSite doesn't replace your social pages. It gives them a proper shop to link to.
