1. About this policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every Store Owner, and to everything published on a Storefront, including products, photos, texts, reviews and links. If something is illegal in India, it is not allowed on OneSite, even if it is not listed below.

- Personal data (such as contact lists), hacking tools, and spyware.
- Food, cosmetics or other regulated products without the licence, registration or labelling the law requires.
- Any other goods or services whose sale, advertisement or delivery is banned or restricted in India, or in the place where you deliver.
3. Content you may not publish

4. Using the platform
You must not:
- use OneSite to send spam, or use Customer contact details for anything they did not agree to;
- try to access another store's data, get around plan limits or security, or probe, scan or attack our systems;
- overload the Services, for example with automated orders, scraping or load tests;
- create fake orders or accounts, or use OneSite to launder money or commit fraud; or
- resell or sublicense the Services without our written agreement.
5. What happens if this policy is broken
Depending on how serious the breach is, we may:
- warn you;
- remove or hide the content or listings concerned;
- suspend your Storefront or account; or
- close your account permanently.
Where the law requires, we also keep records and report to the authorities. Where the law allows and the matter is not urgent, we will tell you what we removed and why, and you can ask us to reconsider by writing to our Grievance Officer.
6. Reporting
If you see something on a OneSite Storefront that breaks this policy, please report it via our Grievance & Contact page. Include the store address and what the problem is.
